In order to defend yourself, you need to be healthy. Our trainers teach you moves and techniques to help you protect yourself and at the same time you will follow a fitness program that will help you use what you learn properly. Sometimes working out at the gym can be boring if there is no goal except the one to stay healthy. At Battle School you have additional motivation not to miss your work out session: learn self-defense, work out with your friends and have fun. Motivation is everything and at our school. We focus not only on your body but on your mind, giving you motivation to never miss a session and showing you the results you are achieving. This is our promise: have fun, learn and be healthy all at once.
Teaching self-defense to kids is a way to empower their self-awareness and leadership while having fun. Bullying is a reality today and besides the physical harassement, it creates victim mentality in the mind of our kids. Through our program, the young students grow their confidence and leadership. Although our philoshopy is always to avoid any phisical confrontation, our students can stand up against any bullying and avoid any mental or physical harm.
